These terms form part of the Boarding Registration Form you sign before your dog's first stay.

Emergency named contact

The named person must be available throughout the boarding period.

Veterinary care

Your own vet will be contacted in the first instance, but your dog(s) could be taken to another practice if required.

Veterinary treatment is authorised separately on the Veterinary Release Form.

Medication

Medication can only be given if authorised by you in writing.

Full details of medications and doses are required in writing before the boarding period.

Vaccinations, worming & flea treatments

All dogs must meet our vaccination, worming and flea treatment requirements prior to boarding.

Please bring proof of vaccination (or an up-to-date titre test) to your meet & greet or drop-off.

Health & welfare

We reserve the right to refuse to board your dog(s) if, on arrival, they are showing signs of ill health.

Familiarisation

Every dog must complete a documented familiarisation before their first stay. We meet away from the house first, then your dog visits the house and garden.

A short trial stay is required prior to all stays. Nothing is confirmed until your dog has met the house.

Owner(s)' undertaking

The owner(s) confirm that they have full authority to enter into this contract with us, without requiring the consent of any third party.
